Common questions

Do I need a credit card to try the free plan?

No. The free plan is available immediately with no payment details required. You can explore the platform and see a full example video before deciding anything.

What's the difference between free and paid?

The free plan gives you access to one example video so you can experience the interactive format. Paid plans unlock the full course library, all analytics, the ability to add multiple staff, and course assignment tools.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What counts as a staff account?

Any person on your team who logs in to complete training modules. Manager accounts don't count toward your staff limit.

We have more team members than our plan covers — what do we do?

Any paid plan can buy extra staff seats beyond its included limit, billed per seat and adjustable anytime from your billing page — no need to change plans just for headcount. If you're past 100 staff or running several locations, Enterprise bills every seat per-seat instead of a fixed limit plus add-ons, which usually works out simpler at that size. Get in touch and we'll set it up with you.

What's an editor seat?

Editors are staff you promote to help build your own courses — writing lessons, uploading video, and using the AI generation tools. Every paid plan includes at least one, and Enterprise lets you buy as many as you need. Regular staff accounts can take training but can't create or edit it.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly in USD. There are no annual contracts — you can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
